Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are currently focusing on High School aged groups. The adventures are built around each group’s unique dynamics. We work with the leaders, mentors, and other adults to create an experience to meet the group where they are - any experience level, any point in their walk with the Lord, and a wide range of budgets.

  • The short answer is: anywhere! We build trips for groups of all skill and experience levels. We head to the woods, the mountains, the rivers, the lakes, the oceans, even the deserts. Depending on group goals, needs, budget, time considerations, location, and other specifics we will create an experience that they will always remember. Close to home, a decent road trip away, adventure and awesomeness are the plan!

  • Adventure is lived so many ways. Kayaking, hiking, exploring, overlanding, camping, riding horses or side by sides, and experiencing something awesome with the people in the group you’ll always remember. Life is more amazing than we often realize.

So, the answer is….Anywhere! Close to wherever you call home, or a decent road trip away. Sometimes the best places are those not-so-famous campgrounds, trails, or National Parks. We head to the mountains, the deserts, the rivers, the oceans, the lakes, and the valleys. We hike, we ride, we drive, we paddle, we float, we climb, and we fly. It’s really up to you!

  • The short answer - it depends! Our goal is to work with High School aged Youth Groups to put together a trip that’s within budget. We know that every group has different resources, needs, and skill levels.

  • We currently are focusing on High School aged youth groups, but as we grow we will be expanding to other ages and types of groups.

  • Basics for sure - good hiking boots or shoes, rain gear, toiletries. When your group’s adventure details are decided, we will compile a packing list for all the adventurers and leaders, and it will be available when you sign in to the Adventurer’s Hub.

  • Major natural disasters like hurricanes or wildfires may cause a rearranging of plans or a reschedule. Most weather is part of the adventure! With that said, safety is a top priority, so our trained leaders will ensure that even if the weather isn’t ideal, decisions with the safety and well being of everyone involved are a priority.

  • Uh, no. We have satellite GPS units, will be hiking (or kayaking or climbing, etc) on established routes, and won’t be venturing so far into the boonies that getting lost is really a concern.
